Right on time for Canada Day next weekend, a scrumptiously delish cupcake recipe.
Banana Maple Cupcakes
1 1/2 cups gf self raising flour
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup banana
1/3 cup maple syrup
80g melted butter
1 egg
Preheat oven to 200oC. Line muffin pan with paper cases.
MIx flour, almond meal and sugar together.
Next add milk, butter, eggs and vanilla. Stir all ingredients together.
Mixture should be easily pourable. If too dry, add more milk bit by bit.
Spoon mixture into muffin trays. Bake 12-15 minutes until skewer comes out clean and cupcakes are golden brown. Let cool.
